Hello. I was misdiagnosed for decades as IBS. As trents said many of us may not fit the "typical" profile, and were missed. Thank you for your reply! Yes, we are 100 percent a gluten free household and I do not eat out so I learned my lesson with this 2 years in. Maybe, we have trouble absorbing Thiamine just like B12 and D. I will look into this 😊
